I Am Legend
is actually a really good movie. Not fantastic, just really good.
will smith just isn't really that convincing in his role, but it's allright.
go watch it!
on a scale of 1 to 9 with 10 being the highest, I give it a 7. and a half!
cheers

xmas
merry christmas you folks.
american christmas is... different. For starters, it is, as some of you may know, on the 25th.
normally, i have my great xmas dinner with flaeskesteg and roast-duck etc, on the eve of 24. This year, I had mexican fajitas on the eve on 24th. That felt weird :p
the diner on 25th was - DEEEEEElicious though. I really liked it. Was weird that i was the only Dane in a company of 23, but I managed. Really friendly americans these people :)
a thing thats annoying though, is that i thought that I'd be celebrating christmas in Arizona, in 20 degress celcius and sunny weather. But we went on this raod-trip, trough Grand Canyon (oh WOOOW what a sight!!!) and Utah, and ended up i Idaho... where - it - is - FREEZING - cold. Good thing is though, that we can go skiing :P Or snowboarding in my case.
I forgot my camera-to-computer cable, so I wont be able to upload pictures until I return to Arizona. I've got some nice ones! and some videos.
talk to ya laters!

this is arizona. Long, flat, warm, sunny, mountainy. I really love this place!
there's like, cacti, and they're like, TALL!... and pointy!..
and this is LUKE! just biking 'round the neighbourhood!
.......... christmas decorations.....
What i REALLY like about Arizona, is that with every McDonald Happy Meal, you get a free dinosaur...

first post
in AMERICAAAA
Arizona is really nice. Warm, spacey, mountains in the background, sun and cacti everywhere!
the entire trip to here went smoothly. Well, almost.
to enter America you need to fill out different visum applications. Name, passportnumber, country of origin, yaddayaddayadda.
You also need to fill out where you are going, with adress and everything. But i left the adress in my backpack which I obviously didn't bring in the plane, and it's not like I can remember that kindda stuff in my head. I figured, "what the hell, I'll just tell them why I didn't write it down when entering the country'.
It shouldn't be that easy though.
"Sir, I see here that you didn't write an adress of your stay. Why is that?"
"Oh, It's because I don't know the adress in my head. I have it in the backpack which I need to pick up in the airport now."
"Well, I find it highly suspiscious that youre just going to go to Arizona, without an adress. Its my JOB to be suspicious about such things sir."
"Well, I'm not going to stay with a friend, we're going to tour the country in his van. See the Grand Canyon, stuff like that"
"And stuff like that, you say?... Hang on just a second"
seconds later 2 big brawly tough security guys come up to me and asks me to come with them. They brought me out back where they had to interrogate me about EVERYthing. Like, did I bring drugs, what was my REAL purpose in America, what is my real background, since my surname Munchow seemed a little too foreign for their liking. Eventually they figured that I was good enough and they let me go. with the warning "you might not be able to return to America again. Maybe you will, maybe not. Have a nice holiday".
so: day 1 - almost didn't get into America. But I'm here now! And having a good time already. No jetlag either!!
will take some pictures during the day and upload them later.

pre-travelling-stress-disorder
just remembered that my passport is in the building of the Chinese Embassy of Copenhagen. Which isn't open on sundays. which means that I have to go fetch it 3 hours before I'm supposed to leave the country. Which means that I'm stressing OUT!
NYEARGH
also, im not NEARLY dont packing my shit. Or doing all those stupid little things that im supposed to do. oh well, I'll get it in the next 24 hours.
I'ts gonna be gooooood to leave everything behind, and not break a (stressrelated)sweat for another 9months.
